Valentine’s Day is in about one week. So boys, you'd better have those candied hearts
and red roses pre-ordered and ready. For
some, Valentine’s is a day of romance; for others this day is considered a test
of true love. However, for businesses it’s a
great day to think about relationship-building.

Talking to your customers through Social Media:
- Using the social platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest, adds a certain interest to your company. Many customers go without ever seeing the company’s face, but Facebook is a great way to reach out and show your human side.
- Be real - show your true self to the public, or the true face of your business.
- Some of the best advice I could ever give to the public, is not to screen your comments. If a customer or someone from the public has a complaint, do not delete. It's better to show your follow-through.
- Following through with your posts, and answering in a timely manner is important.
